我們的理念

本中心於2007年7 月,由一群對音樂充滿熱誠的年青人創立。成立目的是為一些有志於音樂藝術教育上發展的年輕導師提供一個招生的空間,同時為一些尋師無門的家長們提供一個找尋合適導師的好地方。

為了讓孩子在音樂上有更良好的發展空間,我們除了安排導師介紹外,我們將會定期舉行學生音樂會,供本中心的會員參加,讓學生有多方面發展機會。

學習音樂,不能只靠課堂操練,實際的表演機會更能讓學生增加自信心,培養對音樂的興趣。故此,我們相信定期的表演或比賽,是學習音樂的一種推動力。


希望藉著我們對音樂的熱誠,附上我們的一分力,能成為有志於音樂教育發展的年青人的踏腳石,亦能為各位望子成龍的家長盡一點心意。

(我們視導師介紹服務為義務工作,並不打算徵收家長任何費用。)

Why Menopause Symptoms Feel Worse After 40 (And Why Nothing Seems to Work Anymore)

There comes a point when things just start to feel… different.

Not dramatically at first.

But gradually, you begin to notice changes you can’t quite explain.

Your energy isn’t the same.
Your sleep feels lighter, more interrupted.

Many people chalk it up to “just aging.”

What’s often overlooked is that the body is going through a deeper shift during this time.

  • how energy is produced and used

  • how restful sleep actually is
  • even how you feel emotionally day-to-day

Because many women end up blaming themselves.
