Taking a stance for diversity and inclusion is not just the right thing to do – it’s good for business. And while society has made some major progress over the years in accepting and promoting the rights of Queer individuals, anti-gay legislation and movements continue to hinder those in the LGBTQ+ community.
This is why it’s more important than ever to be proactive and show support. Whether you know someone personally who identifies as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or queer (LGBTQ) and even if you’re looking for ways to help, I’ve listed 10 simple ideas below to consider.
